Right of return in case of complaints
If you change your mind, you can return all items within 30 days, starting from the day you received your order. Please inform us so that the return procedure goes smoothly by sending an email to [email protected]
We only accept returns due to complaints under the following conditions:
In the case of articles with the manufacturer's seal, the manufacturer's seal must not be opened.
The item must be in its original packaging with all original accessories.
In the event of a return due to remorse, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Return policy for damaged, incorrect or non-functioning products
If you find damaged, incorrect or non-working products in your order, please contact us directly by email at [email protected]
In this case, you have 30 days to return these products for a refund or replacement. This period begins on the day following receipt of the order. This also applies to items that are faulty within the 30-day period of receiving your order.
You will not be charged for the cost of returning a damaged, faulty or defective item, as the postage is already noted on the return label.
Returning an order
Contact us by email at [email protected] and indicate the reason for the return. Depending on the reason for the return, we will send you the RMA return label. Shipping costs are indicated on the return label.

Cancelling an order
You have 24 hours to cancel your order before the goods are shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return policy listed above, which corresponds to the reason for the return.
Lost shipments
If at least two days have passed since the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service by email at [email protected]. We need at least five days to determine the location of the item with the courier. If we are unable to trace your shipment after the 5 days, your shipment will be declared lost and you will be entitled to a full refund or to be sent a replacement item if you wish.
Refund Procedure
The refund will be made as soon as the product has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected by our team. Once approved, it will take 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
