All of our lamps are backed by our market-leading warranties - these can be found below. In the unlikely event that your lamp fails within this period, we will be happy to replace it with a new lamp.

In the unlikely event that your lamp fails within the warranty period, please contact us and we will replace the lamp as soon as possible.

Return

In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, we have a return policy that leaves no questions unanswered. If you are not satisfied with your projector lamp, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. If the lamp is not defective and you return the lamp to us, you must return the lamp and the lamp box in the same condition in which you received them. Please use an additional outer packaging for the return of the lamp.

If the lamp is not returned in mint condition, we will not be able to accept the return.

To return a lamp to us, either request an RMA number on your account page (use the "My Returns" link) or contact us directly stating your order number and the reason why you want to return the item.
